Koh Han Jie

Head Chef

Trained in French and European culinary techniques, newly appointed Head Chef, Koh Han Jie is gaining further recognition at only 26 years-old.

He was the first Singaporean contender to be crowned champion at the annual Young Talent Escoffier World Culinary Competition in 2018.

Prior to his appointment, he gained experience at two-Michelin starred Les Amis Singapore, Bread Street Kitchen and three-Michelin starred Maison Pic in Valence.
